This was the best check out I have experienced out of all European hotels I have been to, thanks to the check out lady, “Marinela” at the check out stand, who sarcastically questioned me when I told her that I was checking and it was only two nights stay. Then she replied “Oh! My, just two nights at our hotel and in our beautiful city of Bucharest which is not enough for u, why don’t you stay more ??” 😀 Hahaha! I was amazed with regards to her generous offer, there was so much to do and see in Romania. Hotel was very spacious and fantastic! Air conditioning systems were working, breakfast was alright, but I suggest they include “Pancakes” in their menu, like most other European hotels. Showers and toilets were well equipped with all amenities and was clean. Good hotel to stay in.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel thanks to the excellent service and the helpful, friendly staff, who went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, there are some areas for improvement. The lack of an iron in the room was inconvenient. The room lighting could use an upgrade, and adding more charging spots for devices would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the warm hospitality and the attention to cleanliness make this hotel a great choice! 100%Recommended! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out — they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable at all times. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The location is also ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the entire team was friendly and helpful. But it was really thanks to Brenda and Alexander that my experience was so special — they are truly exceptional! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The people from the reception were friendly and supportive with our requests. The breakfast was very good - great variety of dishes to choose from. Great value for the money!
